Return Policy:
Knee Angel is guaranteed to work.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, return Knee Angel within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Please return product in good condition (in original packaging if possible) with receipt of purchase. You must first Email customer@kneeangel.com and request a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). Please let us know why you are returning the product. Include your RMA#, name, complete address and phone number clearly written.  Insure for the purchase price and mail to:

Our default shipping method is USPS regular mail; please allow 1 – 2 weeks for delivery.  We provide two additional options UPS ground and FedEx ground; please allow 3 – 10 days for delivery.
